1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Codecraf's lead generation and social media marketing services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Codecraf provides lead generation and social media marketing services through various advertising channels including:

• Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
• Display Advertising and Retargeting
• Analytics and Performance Tracking

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced per qualified lead delivered:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Advertising Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Display Advertising Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Quality and Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads provided meet the following criteria:

• Verified contact information (phone and email)
• Expressed interest in your products or services
• Meet your specified demographic and geographic criteria
• Are delivered within 24 hours of capture

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and target criteria
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using leads for spam or unsolicited communications

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of leads generated. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.

7. Limitation of Liability

Codecraf's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, technology, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of Codecraf.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Abilene, Texas.
